Sabrina Alvarez (she/her) was an intern the SHIR from May to July 2024. As its first intern, she helped set up the work of the Secretariat, supported the monitoring of human rights developments in Switzerland, and assisted with event organization and communications. She studied law at the University of Bern, where she worked as a research assistant and in a law firm. She then completed an internship at the Swiss Embassy in Washington, D.C.
