Areas of work at the SHRI
The Communications Manager is responsible for making the SHRI’s work visible to the public, the authorities and the media. The role involves ensuring that the Institution’s communications are coherent and consistent across all channels and looking after the editorial, linguistic and graphic design quality of the content. The Communications Manager is also responsible for communications with SHRI members and supervises the Communications internship.
Education and experience
Noémi Manco (she/her) joined the SHRI in May 2024. She had previously spent 11 years working in communications in the human rights field in Switzerland and abroad. She has had roles with a number of NGOs, including in the former Yugoslavia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nepal and Colombia. Noémi Manco is a graduate of Sciences Po (France) and also holds a BA in International Relations and an LLM in International Criminal Law (UK).
